Returning your items

Goods must be returned within 30 days of the goods being delivered to you.

You will need to post back your item but contact us for us to assist you. Please keep your proof of postage in case you need it later.

We aim to process returns within seven working days of receiving them. If the goods are being returned because they were incorrectly supplied, we shall notify the Customer of the refund within 48 hours of receiving the returned goods and the funds should appear in the Customer’s account within 3 to 5 days of notification.
